Hỗ trợ Học bổng Chính phủ Việt Nam

Ngay sau khi mở VPĐD tại Việt Nam năm 2003, DAAD đã hợp tác với Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo Việt nam (MoET) hỗ trợ cho các ứng viên đi Đức theo Đề án 322, nay là Đề án 599 và 911.

Nếu tham gia Chương trình Hợp tác giữa DAAD và MoET, khi sang Học tập và Nghiên cứu tại Đức theo Đề án “Đào tạo Cán bộ Khoa học, Kỹ thuật tại các Cơ sở nước ngoài bằng Ngân sách Nhà nước”, ngoài các quyền lợi theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo Việt Nam, Bạn sẽ được hỗ trợ:

1. Phỏng vấn:

Trước khi tham gia Chương trình, các Ứng viên sẽ được Hội đồng tuyển chọn của DAAD phỏng vấn về đề tài Học tập, Nghiên cứu của mình.

2. Học tiếng Đức:

Đối với các khóa Cao học:

  • Học Cao học bằng tiếng Anh: 2 tháng (20 giờ/tuần) tại Trung tâm Việt-Đức, Trường Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội
  • Học Cao học bằng tiếng Đức: 4 tháng (20 giờ/tuần) tại Trung tâm Việt-Đức, sau đó học tiếp 2 tháng tại Đức

Đối với Nghiên cứu sinh:

  • 4 tháng (20 giờ/tuần) tại Trung tâm Việt-Đức, sau đó học tiếp 2 tháng tại Đức
  • Nghiên cứu sinh theo thỏa thuận riêng với Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Greifswald: 3 tháng (20 giờ/tuần) tại Trung tâm Việt-Đức
  • Đối với Thực tập sinh Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu: 4 tháng (20 giờ/tuần) tại Trung tâm Việt-Đức

Mỗi lớp có khoảng 10 tới 15 Học viên, thường bắt đầu trong tháng Ba (khóa học 4 tháng) và tháng Sáu (khóa học 2 tháng)

3. Hỗ trợ Tài chính trong thời gian học tiếng Đức:

  • 100 Euro/tháng trong thời gian học tiếng Đức tại Việt Nam, ngoài ra thêm 40 Euro/tháng hỗ trợ tiền nhà cho Học viên từ các Tỉnh về học
  • DAAD trả tiền nhà và hỗ trợ thêm tiền sinh hoạt phí 410 Euro/tháng trong thời gian học tiếng tại Đức
  • Chi phí cho các Khóa học tiếng tại Việt Nam và Đức hoàn toàn do DAAD đảm nhận

4. Hỗ trợ Tài chính trong thời gian học Cao học (2 năm) và thực hiện Luận án Tiến sĩ (tối đa 4 năm):

  • Hỗ trợ Học tập và Nghiên cứu 460 Euro/năm (230 Euro đối với Nghiên cứu sinh năm cuối)
  • DAAD đóng Bảo hiểm Tai nạn Tập thể và Bảo hiểm Trách nhiệm Tập thể trong thời gian nhận Học bổng tại Đức (chú ý: đây không phải là Bảo hiểm Y tế)

5. Đăng ký học Cao học:

  • Hỗ trợ và Tư vấn trong việc chọn Khóa Cao học phù hợp
  • Liên lạc và chuyển Hồ sơ của Ứng viên tới các Trường Đại học tại Đức

6. Tìm Giáo sư đỡ đầu cho Nghiên cứu sinh:

  • DAAD hỗ trợ trong việc tìm Giáo sư đỡ đầu đúng chuyên ngành

7. Chăm sóc của DAAD:

  • Gặp Cán bộ của DAAD tối thiểu mỗi năm một lần tại Trường của mình
  • Tham gia các buổi gặp gỡ chung trong năm học đầu tiên dành cho các Sinh viên, Cán bộ được nhận Học bổng DAAD
