Cơ quan Trao đổi Hàn lâm Đức (DAAD) là tổ chức hỗ trợ trao đổi học thuật lớn nhất thế giới. Đóng vai trò là một hiệp hội chung của hơn 240 trường Đại học Đức, DAAD có trụ sở chính tại Bonn cùng mạng lưới các Văn phòng Đại diện, Trung tâm thông tin cũng như Trung tâm Khoa học và Sáng tạo (DWIH) tại hơn 60 quốc gia trên toàn thế giới. Với gần 1.000 nhân viên làm việc trên khắp thế giới, mỗi năm DAAD tài trợ cho khoảng hơn 145.000 người.
