Hochschulkooperationen
Deutsche Hochschulen unterhalten eine Vielzahl an Kooperationen mit Hochschulen anderer Länder. Diese Kooperationsvereinbarungen fördern den akademischen Austausch von Studierenden und Professorinnen und Professoren sowie die Durchführung von gemeinsamen wissenschaftlichen Projekten. Dennoch gibt es gegenwärtig noch großes Potential für den Ausbau neuer Kooperationen in den verschiedensten Wissenschaftsbereichen.
1990 wurde ein Abkommen über die kulturelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Sozialistischen Republik Vietnam und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichnet. Seitdem wurden zahlreiche neue Hochschulkooperationen zwischen Deutschland und Vietnam geschlossen und fortlaufend vorangetrieben.
